are based in Kathmandu, Nepal. A land of
Himalayas crowned by Mt. Everest, filled
with scenic beauties and friendly people,
Nepal is also the birth place of Shakyamuni
Buddha. Various yogis have practised here in
the hills, mountains, caves, forests, river
banks, villages, towns and cities from time
memorial.
We
have brought you the gem of lazy-yoga,
tailor-made for the modern context. We are
all into lazy-yoga here for quite some time.
Our conductor has practised it for more than
a decade and is willing to share.
