Lazy-yoga
is not absolutely lazy. It is a relative
term. With minimum effort, lazy-yoga is
efficient, effective and result oriented.
Going easy is its forte. Also known as
Sahaja Yoga, Natural Yoga in scriptures,
this is not our invention. Working in the
modern context, it retains ancient time
tested secrets.
This is not
your usual site for Yoga, Meditation,
Health, Fitness, Wellbeing, Massage, Thai
Massage, Aereobics, New Age, NewThought,
Spirituality and so forth. However,
lazy-yoga does not exclude and is not
limited to any other yoga, especially in
getting desired results.
Yoga as we
know comes from Sanskrit language meaning to
add, join or union. Union of individual and
universal. Unison of body and mind. One of
the most authentic sources of yoga,
Patanjali Yoga Sutras begin with Yogah
Chitta Vritti Nirodhah
meaning yoga controls mind movement. And
mind does move backwards in past memories
and forward in future aspirations. Body
follows what mind says. Vice versa when mind
is weak, vulnerable.

Based in
Kathmandu, Nepal, known as the city of
temples, we are privileged to have Pashupati
and Swayambhu temples around us.

Pashupati is
one of the holiest temples where Lord Shiva
or Yogishwor (Lord of yogis) resides. You
can find more about Pashupati Temple and
Pashupati Seal by searching
www.wikipedia.com with keyword ‘yoga.’
In Swayambhu,
Shakyamuni Buddha is said to have practised
Vipassana Yoga. |
